In 1999, Dan Sexauer took a job as a consultant for one of the world's most popular enterprise resource planning (ERP) software companies. He quickly realized that a lot of his clients were small businesses that usually had limited resources and budgets. Because of this limitation, these businesses rarely received the Marketing and IT services they desperately needed to be as efficient as possible and take their organizations to the next level. So in 2001 Dan decided to start his own business offering these services to small businesses at an affordable price.
